PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
to be based in our Pallekele plant.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling Cutting to Finishing production process with hands on details
• Ensure that all production targets (daily and monthly) are achieved with the expected level of quality
• Effectively allocating and managing resources to ensure high productivity
• Optimizing team performance and efficiency through continuous training and development, developing positive employee relations and applying knowledge transfer processes
• Effective planning skills
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Literacy in English
• Knowledge on MS Office/Excel
Experience
• Professional qualification with 3 years of working experience
